The healthy fast food options have just broadened for me as my local Marks and Spencer started stocking The Simply Fuller Longer Range this month. A glance at the website reveals the range is designed for weight loss, this is not my goal but the range does seems to focus on low GI ingredients which should be the cornerstone of every diet.
I purchased the brown rice sushi and the Asian Style Salad, both of which are packed full of low GI foods and complemented by some healthy vegetables and seafood. They both taste great but was I really ‘fuller for longer’?
Well, I tend to eat healthily most of the time so I probably am not the best judge, however based on the ingredients you will fare better on this than a white bread ham sandwich and bag of salt and vinegar crisps. That much I will gurantee!
